Here's what you will do:


As Production Manager, together with the team of over 100 employees, you will ensure that the planned production is achieved every day. Here, quality, safety and costs are important aspects.

  • operationally manage daily operations, conduct work meetings, coordinate relevant bottlenecks;
  • operationally monitor progress and quality, prioritize and resolve presenting problems;
  • Translating (or having translated) legal and business regulations to the business situation and drafting (or having drafted) correct, reliable and complete work instructions and process descriptions;
  • (Co)responsible for proper planning for managing periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and annual) production and recording this in reports;
  • Liaise with support departments;
  • pay attention to safety, ergonomic work and occupational health and safety;
  • Participate in various forms of consultation within the organization;
  • Monitor and comply with company, hygiene, safety regulations and the RACI matrix

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Demonstrated relevant experience with food related production processes in a managerial position;
  • Communicatively strong;
  • Great sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of both Dutch and English language.
