About Châteraisé
We are an international subsidiary of the Japanese company Châteraisé. Châteraisé is a big name in Asia and active in several sectors. Cakes, cookies, ice cream and even wine to managing golf courses and hotel resorts. We are responsible for producing various types of pastries for various countries in Asia.

What we do
At our production facility in Tilburg, we make delicious Japanese style patisserie and cookies for the Asian market according to authentic recipes.
What else do we do?
We mass produce TOP quality pastries based on our Japanese know-how and techniques. We believe that only the very best European products are worthy of being incorporated into our authentic and delicious cakes and cookies. Think of Belgian chocolate, Italian mascarpone or the creamy whipped cream from the Netherlands. We break fresh eggs in-house and use only natural additives. Our assembly lines produce patisserie, not just pastries.
